About us

Who am I?

Hi there, my name is James Reid. I am a 23-year-old civil engineer who has been out of school since the spring of 2023. I work full-time at an engineering firm by day, and I make model houses and network on social media at night. Ever since I was young, it has always been my passion to build, innovate and create and now, over time this passion has turned into a gift that keeps on giving.
If you’re a person who likes to give personal gifts to others or you have an interest in decorating your house or office space with unique artwork, you’re in the right place. Our goal is to make pieces that are captivating to the eye, carries character and meaning, and that satisfy your unique artistic appetite.

Why Tiny Houses?

Our motivation for sharing this expression of creativity is two-fold. Our goal is to provide memorable gifts for family, friends, and associates while raising awareness of affordable tiny house designs. It is no secret that one of the most effective paths to wealth and financial freedom occurs through homeownership. Due to high inflation, debt culture, and economic uncertainty, many people cannot afford to purchase a home within the current housing market without falling into generational debt. By creating these house designs, we intend to showcase alternative options that will provide a vision for attainable financial freedom through homeownership and housing security.

Future Plans?

As we create models for our customers, our overarching vision is to ultimately make these model designs come to life. Through your patronage and support, it will aid us in the broader mission of house construction and community development. I see a future where the construction of tiny homes will be available and affordable for those who would like to get out of debt and downsize, and for aspiring first-time homeowners who don’t want to ever be locked into a mortgage. I also see a future where, due to the construction of affordable housing, groups of families can come together, work together, and coordinate their efforts so that everyone is taken care of and provided for. In today’s climate, it is more important than ever for families to become successful together instead of struggling in solitude.
